Shipping & Local Pickup

Orders that are made on:
  • Thursday to Sunday = Process on Monday (+8 GMT)
  • Monday to Wednesday = Process on Thursday (+8 GMT)

We ship:

  • Domestic (Peninsular & East Malaysia)
  • International (Up to 221 countries)

Duration of arrival :

  • 1 to 14 working days after receiving tracking details (Domestic)
  • 5 to 21 working days after receiving tracking details (International)

Notes :

  • Tracking number(s) will be provided to all our valued customers via email.
  • Shipping fees paid for international postage upon checkout is not inclusive of your local import duties / taxes (Borne by customer if any).

Local Pickup :

  • Pickup is only available from Mondays to Fridays (11am to 4pm) excluding public holidays.
  • Location is @ Empire Shopping Gallery. Pick up of item(s) can either be @ the lobby of Empire Subang Soho (UG level of the mall) or if you do not want to enter the mall, outside of CIMB.
  • You will be contacted to set an appointment.
